Voice Coordination Workshop | An intensive exploration of voice with director Grzegorz Bral

A day workshop with Grzegorz Bral – director of Song of the Goat Theatre and founder of Acting Coordination Method.

Voice does not exist away from Body. In the workshop, we will explore this particular relationship by focusing on sound, on words, on song. We can easily stretch our bodies, but can we also stretch our voice? To do so, we have to broaden how we use it, and explore its relationship with movement, rhythm, imagination, and spatial awareness.
In the workshop, we will contemplate the use of our voice through series of different physical and vocal exercises.

The workshop is for performers who have already had some vocal training.
Price: 150 NIS

Talk and Workshop with Robyn Orlin at the School of Visual Theatre, Jerusalem

By simple improvisations, problem solving, free association, and self-reflection, the workshop strives to give artists an opportunity to explore in an environment that allows for developing personal vocabularies. With humor and unusual surprising situations, we will try to understand the creative process.

This is an opportunity to share with Orlin notions of identity, memory and life, remembering that there is no one way to make art … and there is no one way to move in the world.
