Students at the festival

The Jerusalem Jazz Festival embraces the jazz community and the musicians attending various academic institutes throughout the country.

As an integral part of the festival, we integrate shows, improvisations, special discussions, and excellent musicians from the best music schools in the country.

The students who attend the festival study at the Jerusalem Music and Dance Academy, Israeli Conservatory of Music (New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music, New York City).

You can meet the musicians at the Cardo stage and Carter Slope. Going up the stairs that lead to the festival, the audience will discover bands of musicians jamming together, and will slowly transition into our world.
